RETURN

Return requirements:

  • If you wish to make a return we will deduct a return fee from your original payment before refunding the balance amount. Return fee: Norway: 99 NOK / Sweden: 149 NOK / Rest of the world: 299 NOK. The return fee applies per order.
  • You can return your order within 14 days of receiving your order. Anything sent to us after 14 days will be rejected and returned back to you.
  • The item must be unworn, in original condition with all the tags still attached and in the original packaging to be eligible for return. The product must be returned in the same bag in which you received the product (barcode/product name must match the bag you place the product in).
  • The item must be packed neatly in its original packaging so that the item appears as new. The return must be sent back in the FITBERRY box in which you received your order.
  • The item has absolutely no marks (including make up, tan marks, pet hair, deodorant, stains etc.)
  • The item has absolutely no odor (including deodorant, perfume, body odor, washing powder etc.)

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Any shipping costs at the time of purchase are not refundable.

We cannot be held responsible for lost, misplaced or misdelivered shipments when returning products. Please contact the carrier for more information.

Once the return is received at our warehouse, the return will be processed within 14 business days and credited back to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been received, inspected, completed and a refund has been issued.

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving your order. Anything sent to us after 14 days will be rejected and returned back to you. Please ensure that you have read our Returns Policy carefully before making a return. If your return does not meet all of our terms and conditions, your return will not be accepted.

NORWAY:

  1. Pack the item(s) in the original packaging and include the packing slip that came with your order. The return must be sent back in the FITBERRY box you received your order in.
  2. Register your return in our return portal here.
  3. You will receive a link to create a return label by email. Enter your order number in the "Mottakers referanse" field.
  4. Print the return label you receive by email and paste it over the old shipping label. PostNord also offers the option of printing the label in store.
  5. Deliver your return to the nearest PostNord delivery point.
  6. We will deduct a 99 NOK return fee from your original payment before refunding the balance amount. The return fee applies per order.

SWEDEN:

We do not provide a shipping label for returns; you must cover the cost of shipping. Items are returned at your own risk, and we recommend that you send the package using a traceable method

Register your return by sending us an email at: hello@fitberry.no. Include your order number and what item(s) you would like to return. We will provide you with the return shipping address. You must send the parcel directly to the address, as we do not pick up parcels from kiosks, post offices etc.

Pack the item(s) in the original packaging. The return must be sent back in the FITBERRY box in which you received your order.

Include your name and order number in the package so we know which order to refund.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

Register your return by sending us an email at: hello@fitberry.no. Include your order number and what item(s) you would like to return. We will provide you with the return shipping address. You must send the parcel directly to the address, as we do not pick up parcels from kiosks, post offices etc.

Pack the item(s) in the original packaging. The return must be sent back in the FITBERRY box in which you received your order.

Include your name and order number in the package so we know which order to refund.

For International customers (outside Norway and Sweden): CUSTOMS, VAT and OTHER FEES: If you have paid customs or any other costs related to your order, this will NOT be refunded upon return.

If you are awaiting your refund, please check the tracking of your return shipment to see if the package has reached our warehouse. Our goal is to handle your return as fast as possible. Normally the return is processed within 14 working days after we receive the return package.

Refunds will be refunded to the original payment method and you will receive an email confirming that a refund has been made. The timeframe for the refund will vary depending on the original payment method. It may take 7 - 10 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

EXCHANGE

Exchange is only available for our Norwegian customers. If you live outside Norway and would like to exchange your order, please complete a return according to the instructions for international returns above and place a new order for the desired product(s).

Exchanges are only available for our Norwegian customers. Exchange is free of charge. We only accept exchanges according to the following requirements:

1. Pack the item(s) in the original packaging and include the packing slip that came with your order. The return should be sent back in the FITBERRY box you received your order in.

2. Place a new order for the new size you wish to receive. Email both your new and old order number to hello@fitberry.no. We will register in our system that you have placed a new order for a new size, and you will not be charged a return fee for an authorised return when the item(s) arrive at our warehouse.

3. Make a return according to the return instructions described above for the item(s) you wish to return.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

We do not offer exchange for customers outside Norway. If you wish to "exchange" your item, you must return your order and place a new order for the desired item. Please follow the instructions for returns above.
