SHIPPING & DELIVERY

NORWAY: Our warehouse is located in Norway nearby Oslo, and you will not receive any additional customs or tax ("toll") after you've placed your order.

Orders to Svalbard and Jan Mayen are considered foreign countries for customs purposes, and deliveries to these locations will therefore be treated in the same way as international deliveries, see the section below for further information.

SWEDEN: All orders to Sweden are shipped with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means that the cost of customs/tax is included in the price you see during checkout. You will not receive any additional customs or tax ("tull") after you've placed your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Customs, duties and taxes are possible for all countries outside of Norway and Sweden. Items may have to be cleared through customs and be subject to duties and taxes levied by the destination country. 

FITBERRY does not have control over these fees and cannot estimate how much these will be as they vary widely per country and also vary depending on the value of your order and the weight of your parcel.

It is your responsibility to contact your local Customs office for more information on charges for your country prior to purchasing and the minimum spend converted for your local currency.

Please note; FITBERRY does not cover import liabilities that are applied by the government of the destination country. FITBERRY will not be held liable or responsible for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply. FITBERRY is not responsible for notifying customers that their item(s) are awaiting the payment of customs duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Please note; when using discount codes, gift cards or vouchers on orders, this does not avoid duties and taxes as the courier requires the full value of the items as opposed to the actual cost.

In the event that you refuse to pay these fees, your parcel may be destroyed and a replacement or refund cannot be offered.

Currently, FITBERRY ships exclusively to Norway and Sweden. We are actively working on expanding our shipping capabilities to include worldwide destinations and expect to offer this service soon. Please check back for updates.

We ship all orders from our Norwegian warehouse that is located just outside Oslo. Normally all orders will be dispatched within 1 - 2 working days after the order has been placed.

The only exception to this dispatch timeframe is if you place an order containing items available for pre-order. If your order includes both pre-order items and in-stock items, these items will be dispatched together as soon as the pre-order item has arrived at our warehouse. Please refer to individual product descriptions for more information on estimated shipping.

Please be aware that orders placed during launch days and national/public holidays may experience longer processing and delivery times.

Please note that depending on where you're located, your selection may vary.

Norway and Sweden: We offer free shipping to Norway and Sweden on all orders over: 799 NOK. International deliveries over: 1999 NOK. If you do not exceed this amount, your shipping cost and options will be displayed at checkout.

MY ORDER

Our customer service is not able to cancel orders once placed.

We are unable to add additional items to the order. This means you will need to place a new order with the items you wish to add. 

If you wish to remove/change items/sizes or make changes to your order address, please email hello@fitberry.no as soon as possible with your requests. However, due to the fast turnaround of shipping, we cannot guarantee orders can be updated and your order would then be subject to our return policy. Pre-orders can be cancelled upon fulfillment. Please contact our customer service at hello@fitberry.no to cancel your pre-order.

An order confirmation email will automatically be sent to your email short time after you have placed an order with us. Confirmation emails can sometimes go into your spam/junk folders so please check this before contacting us. All our confirmation emails are sent from hello@fitberry.no.
